13.5 Management of Change
This section follows the idea that the introduction or development of an information system will result in change; which must be managed. Factors to consider in the management of change could include re-skilling, attitude, organisational structure, employment pattern and conditions, and internal procedures. There is a powerpoint summary to follow as an introduction, and summary notes from North Chadderton. It is not a difficult section and students will be able to identify with much of this content.
